About APPA
APPA is the voice of Alberta’s post-production industry.
Since 2015, our mandate has been to provide a clear voice for Alberta’s post-production professionals. We advocate for the best interests of our industry at all levels of government, educate about post-production processes and best practices, and celebrate the successes of our members and partners.
When I was a kid, there was no collaboration. It’s you with a camera, bossing your friends around. But as an adult, filmmaking is all about appreciating the talents of the people you surround yourself with and knowing you could never have made any of these films by yourself.
