There are many great reasons to join APPA. Within our association, you’ll find support, community, and opportunities to further your craft, education, and career.

Sponsor
Sponsor membership is subject to approval by the Board of Directors. Sponsor logo placement on member’s page linking to sponsor website. Individual name (assigned by the sponsor) will be listed in membership directory.
$750 annually (voting)

Post Secondary Institution
Individual faculty member name (assigned by the Institution) will be listed in membership directory (students enrolled in the institution will have the benefits of being an APPA member).
$500 annually (non-voting)

Corporate (6+ employees)
New corporate member applications require two references from existing APPA members. Must be an Alberta based corporation engaged primarily in providing post-production. Individual name (assigned by the corporation) will be listed in membership directory.

Professional Enterprise (1-5 employees)
New professional enterprise applications require two references from existing APPA members. Must be Alberta based and primarily engaged in providing post-production.
$200 annually (voting)

Associate
Associate membership is for organizations, individuals, suppliers or supporters working primarily outside of post-production.
$100 annually (non-voting)

Proof of enrolment in a qualifying program at a non-APPA member institution required.

Full Membership entitles you to:

  • a listing in the membership directory
  • discounts on events and seminars
  • voting rights at association meetings (Professional Enterprise and Corporate members only)
